Why there is a daily allowance

Every question you ask the study assistant costs us money to answer. Keeping those requests sensible is what allows us to hold Skills 4 Housing Academy at a genuinely affordable price for every member, rather than passing rising AI costs on to you.

Your allowance

• Full Access members can ask up to 20 questions per day.
• Your allowance resets every day, so tomorrow you start again at 20.
• We will let you know when you have five questions left.
• The assistant is available to members with an active full access membership.

Getting the most from each question

• Ask one clear question rather than several short follow ups.
• Tell it what you are stuck on, not just the topic name.
• Read the lesson first, then ask for the part that has not landed.

What the assistant will not do

The assistant is trained on our own course material and the UK property, compliance and workplace skills topics we teach. It has no access to the wider internet, and it will never give you answers to a knowledge check or final test. It will explain the concept and point you to the lesson where the answer is covered.
